Oracle Fusion Cloud comes with a concept of Software As A Service (SAAS), along with other benefits this also enables customers not to worry on any server maintenance, application downtimes and most importantly version Upgrades. Oracle maintains an Upgrade cycle and requires all customers to maintain the upgrade as a standard practice. Each Upgrade however requires customer to perform Testing of the core functionalities which customers are using and come back to Oracle in case of any critical issues before a specified timeline in order to prevent version upgrade.
