Oracle Taleo is one of the most used Recruitment applications across the world. Oracle has done tremendous amount of enhancements in the product in order to stay at the Top of market. Currently Oracle is moving the Product from Flex Recruiting to Non-Flex Recruiting. This is being called Fluid Recruiting by Oracle and has enhanced UI capabilities with additional features making it more User friendly and easier for Recruiters. Oracle Taleo comes up with its own Integration tool, Oracle Taleo connectclient which allows integration with any existing system for Importing the Work Structure and other required data, and exporting the new joiner, offer or other required data.
OraLink Consulting has done implementation of Taleo Recruitment for customers having different geographical representations. This include integration with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion. The implementation included setting up Oracle Social Sourcing, and different Job Boards such as LinkedIn integration with Taleo Recruitment.
